During 2001 AirBoss Tyres Pvt Ltd was formed in Australia as a fusion of the tyre research and design capabilities of AirBoss Tyre and Sumo Group. AirBoss Pty. Ltd. was acquired in July 2001 by Sumo group, to manufacture the uniquely designed Solid Cushion tyres with sidewall holes, in our facilities at Chennai, India.
